For housing associations & social landlords
Help tenants keep their home, not just sign for it.
Five-minute money games for tenants on rent, bills, benefits, debt help and scams, with your tenancy sustainment and money advice contacts signposted throughout. Designed to sit alongside your support teams, not replace them.
Partner conversations openArrears rarely start with the rent
They usually start with a bill, a benefit change or a borrowing decision months earlier. Tenants who'd benefit most from early support are often the hardest to reach with letters and workshops.
Tenancy
The Regulator of Social Housing's Tenancy Standard expects landlords to support tenants to sustain their tenancies, and to evidence it.
Early
Money confidence and knowing where to get help are easier to build at sign-up than during an arrears conversation.
Reach
Digital, self-paced learning reaches tenants who never book an appointment, and points them to your team sooner.
See the RSH consumer standards, including the Tenancy Standard. Check current guidance for your organisation.
Made for tenants and the people who support them
New tenants, families and older residents can play at home on any phone, or alongside a support worker.

How it would work for you
Tenants get a code
Hand out codes at sign-up, in welcome packs, through tenancy sustainment or money advice teams, or in community spaces.
They learn at their own pace
Five-minute games on any phone. Heavier topics like debt switch to a warmer tone, and free help is always signposted.
You see aggregate outcomes
Tenants reached, completions, and change in confidence and help-seeking, reported in aggregate only.
What you get
We label everything honestly. "Available now" means it's built, tested and ready for a pilot today. "Rolling out" means it's in build for 2026/27; "on the roadmap" means later. Neither is promised as a day-one feature.

Questions buyers ask
Does this replace our money advice or tenancy support?
No. It's education, not advice. It builds confidence and knowledge and sends tenants to regulated, impartial or in-house help, including yours, sooner.
What data do you need about tenants?
As little as possible. Tenants use a code and can stay pseudonymous. You'd be the controller and we'd be your processor under a DPA. We never need your housing management records.
Is it ready now?
Yes for the library, games, access codes, signposting, the staff course and the Tenancy Standard report pack. Your own contacts in the signposts are rolling out and assisted onboarding is on the roadmap, and we label them that way on this page.
We're a council with housing stock. Which page is for us?
Either works. Our councils page also covers the Crisis and Resilience Fund, and the pilot form lets you pick your organisation type.
Doing due diligence? Our trust centre has hosting, sub-processors, accessibility and security details.
Want to see what your people would learn? Every topic is open to read in our free money library, no account needed.
